We here at Okamoto Kitchen are constantly humbled every day by all our customers. All things considered, we’re a relatively new truck that’s only been around since July 1, 2015 but have managed to grow so much thanks to all the customers that patronize our truck. Despite being so young back in 2015, we still managed to make it to the top 3 of the Readers’ Choice Awards.

We love what we do with our little family here on the food truck and every one of us here believes in what we do. We do our best to always bring an authentic Japanese flavor made, with no corners cut, and to bring a fun, anime-based style with our Itasha style truck to anime fans and non-anime fans alike.
