Looking for Japanese catering in Santa Clarita? Okamoto Kitchen brings an anime-inspired food truck and a Tokyo-born chef to offices, schools and backyards across the Santa Clarita Valley. We’re a regular in town: our truck parks in Santa Clarita for a public lunch stop about once a month, and Valencia game studio WayForward is one of the companies we’ve catered for, alongside SpaceX, Sony and Riot Games.
Business-park lunches, team celebrations, graduation parties and birthdays are our bread and butter here. The truck works great in office parking lots and driveways, and drop-off is easy for smaller groups.
Two ways to cater
- Food truck on site: our anime-wrapped truck parks at your office, lot or venue and cooks everything to order, so the food is hot and the truck is part of the party.
- Drop-off catering: we bring ready-to-serve Japanese comfort food for meetings, team lunches and parties.
What we serve
Chef Chizuru was born in Tokyo and trained at Le Cordon Bleu. She keeps the menu fun for a crowd without dumbing down the flavors. Our catering menus are built around the dishes people line up for at the truck: Japan Fried Chicken (JFC), katsu curry sandwiches, gyudon and other rice bowls, poke soba, okonomi fries and cheese mochi sticks. Vegan options are available, and specialty drinks like Thai tea and melon soda can be added.
Where we cater
